Welcome to Done With Synergy, operated by 2DPK Studios ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By signing up and using Done With Synergy ("Service"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. User Accounts
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these terms.
    • 3. Use of Service
  • You may create up to 30 checklists under our standard plan.
  • You may collect up to 500 submissions per month.
  • You must not use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
  • You must not attempt to interfere with the platform's functionality or security.
    • 4. Payment & Subscription
  • The Service operates on a $9.99/month subscription model.
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, refunds are not provided for partial months.
    • 5. Limitations & Availability
  • We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
  • Features and availability are subject to change as we improve the platform.
  • We do not offer 24/7 support, but our team is available Monday-Friday to assist you.
    • 6. Intellectual Property
  • All content, branding, and software remain the property of 2DPK Studios.
  • You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.
    • 7. Data & Privacy
  • We collect and store user-generated content and submissions in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • After 90 days, submission content/data is automatically deleted.
  • You retain ownership of your checklist data but grant us a license to store and process it.
    • 8. Termination & Account Suspension
  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms.
  • Users who exceed their checklist or submission limits have violated the Terms of Service and will have their accounts terminated indefinitely.
    • 9. Limitation of Liability
  • We are not responsible for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of our Service.
  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
    • 10. Third-Party Services
  • Our Service may integrate with third-party tools, including but not limited to Stripe.
  • We are not responsible for the performance, reliability, or policies of any third-party service providers.
    • 11. Indemnification
  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 2DPK Studios from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from your use of the Service.
    • 12. Governing Law
  • These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States of America/Utah.
  • Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of Weber County, Utah.
    • 13. Changes to These Terms
    We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
