The Forms module helps you build dynamic digital forms for repeatable business workflows. Forms can include a wide variety of controls and configurations, including password protection, custom headers and footers, and tailored submission inputs for the information your team needs to collect.

Every submission is tracked so completed records can be reviewed, shared, and downloaded as PDF files. The Forms module also includes a growing template library to help users start faster instead of building every form from scratch.
