Results are completed improvement case files. The Results route opens the completed view of the Action Center, and individual result pages show the full record for a closed or completed case.
A result can include source audit details, target location information, the original finding, corrective action summary, improvement history, evidence, validation status, and related public report or hub links when available.
Use Results as a knowledge archive. Reviewing completed cases helps teams find recurring issues, reuse effective corrective actions, and demonstrate the follow-through behind audit findings.
