Corrective Actions
Choose whether a finding needs assigned corrective action work or immediate resolution documentation.
Corrective Actions start from a finding review. When an audit answer fails, the reviewer chooses how that finding should move forward.
There are two current paths: Create Corrective Action and Resolve Immediately. Create Corrective Action is used when the issue needs assigned follow-up work with an owner, due date, action details, workflow progress, and validation. Resolve Immediately is used when the issue has already been corrected and only requires documentation before closure.
After a corrective action is created, its detail page tracks the finding context, current workflow, owner, due date, action details, completion, validation, and closure.
