Overview

Follow the guided path from audit setup to completed improvement results.

Last updated June 24, 2026

The Improvement overview presents the main workflow in three stages: Setup Location, Conduct Audit, and Action Center. The current module is built around an audit structure that can grow from a broad site-level checklist down to focused area and zone checks.

01

Setup Location

Create the audit hierarchy, add questions where they belong, choose scoring rules, define audit frequency, assign auditors, and keep retired structure available through archive filters.

Result: A structured audit checklist ready for your team to run, maintain, lock, archive, or restore.
02

Conduct Audit

Open a public audit link, QR code, or printed form for a location, area, or zone. Auditors answer questions, add comments, and submit pass/fail or numeric scores.

Result: A completed audit record with answers, score, comments, and finding status.
03

Action Center

Review findings, create corrective actions, track workflow steps, run root cause tools, and open completed results from one lifecycle view.

Result: A traceable improvement case from issue to validated outcome.

Plan rules are visible in the experience instead of silently hiding work. For example, a free account can still see locations outside its active limit, but those locations are clearly locked and view-only until the plan is upgraded or an active slot is freed.
