Locations
Create, filter, archive, reactivate, and manage the audit hierarchy with locations, areas, zones, questions, scoring, schedules, and assigned auditors.
Locations are the top level of the audit structure. A location can represent a site, facility, department, workstream, customer environment, or any other major audit target.
Each location can contain areas, and each area can contain zones. Questions can be added at the location, area, or zone level, allowing broad checks at higher levels and specific checks where more precision is needed.
The Setup Location page shows the hierarchy in one table. Status tabs filter top-level locations by All, Active, Inactive, and Archived. Counts on those tabs refer to locations only, while expanding a location reveals its areas and zones underneath it.
Locations, areas, and zones support active, inactive, and archived status. They also support scoring defaults, passing threshold, audit frequency in days, public audit links, QR codes, printable audit forms, and assigned auditors. Archived structure remains available for review and reactivation, but it is removed from active audit setup and audit launch flows.
Assigned auditors limit who can begin an audit by email. If no auditors are assigned to a target, anyone with the audit link can perform that audit.
