Plans and Access

Continuous Improvement access is controlled by the user's active CI tier. The Free tier currently includes 1 active location, 25 audits per month, and basic audit setup. Professional includes 5 locations, 250 audits per month, corrective actions, and photo evidence for failed audit answers. Business includes unlimited locations, unlimited audits, corrective actions, Improvement Hub sharing, photos on any audit answer, audit-level photo evidence, and photo evidence in improvement reports.

When a workspace has more locations than the current plan allows, Done With Synergy does not hide the extra locations. Instead, locations outside the active limit are shown as inactive and locked. This lets users understand what exists, see why it is unavailable, and upgrade or archive another active location when they need access.

Locked locations can still be opened for review, but setup actions are blocked. Users cannot create new areas, zones, questions, assignments, or launch active audit work against a locked location. Server-side checks enforce the same rules even if someone alters page HTML or attempts to submit a blocked action manually.

The Improvement Hub is a Business-tier sharing feature. Lower tiers see a gold-crown upgrade prompt instead of the public hub link, and saved public hub URLs stop resolving if the owning workspace is not on a tier that includes Hub access.

Plan limit banners and gold crown upgrade prompts appear where the limit affects the next action, such as creating another location, opening the Improvement Hub, or managing a location that is outside the active tier.
