Use Create Corrective Action when a finding needs follow-up after audit review. The reviewer assigns the work to an owner, chooses a due date, and provides the details needed to complete the resolution.
The corrective action then moves through its workflow on the detail page. Depending on the selected resolution path, the team can document action details, complete the work, validate effectiveness, and close the case. Root Cause Investigation work opens the dedicated RCA workspace when deeper analysis is needed.
