Audits

Launch, resume, submit, print, and review audits for locations, areas, and zones.

Last updated September 4, 2026

Audits are run from standalone public audit pages created for a location, area, or zone. The Conduct Audit page helps portal users find an audit target and open its public audit link.

When assigned auditors are configured, auditors begin by entering their email. The system can resume an existing draft or start a new audit. Assigned auditor drafts autosave individual answers as work progresses.

Audits can use pass/fail answers or numeric scoring. Completed submissions include the audit target, auditor, answers, comments, score, passing threshold, passed count, and finding count.

Portal users can review submitted audits, filter answers by all, passed, or failed, create corrective actions from failed answers, record immediate resolutions, cancel draft audits, and print audit forms for offline use.

Audit links are validated against the current structure status. If the linked location, area, or zone has been archived or is no longer part of the active audit setup, the auditor sees a branded unavailable page instead of a generic missing-page message.
