Resolve Immediately
Close a finding when the issue has already been corrected and only needs documentation.
Last updated June 24, 2026
Use Resolve Immediately when the issue was corrected during review or does not require assigned follow-up work. The reviewer records a resolution note, and the finding is closed as an immediate correction.
Immediate resolutions still create traceable improvement history, so the completed record shows what was found, what was done, and why no further corrective action was required.
