Module
Improvement (CI)
Build audit structure, run inspections, review findings, manage corrective actions, control plan access, and preserve retired setup through archiving.
The Improvement module supports the full continuous improvement loop: setup, audit, finding review, corrective action, investigation, validation, and completed results.
Start by building an audit structure with locations, areas, zones, audit questions, scoring rules, audit frequency, and assigned auditors. Auditors can complete inspections through standalone audit links, QR codes, or printable audit forms. Failed answers become findings that flow into the Action Center for review, immediate resolution, corrective action, or root cause investigation.
The module now also manages structure status directly. Locations, areas, and zones can be active, inactive, or archived. Archived items are hidden from normal active setup without deleting historical audits, and they can be viewed from the setup filters and restored later. Reactivating a location can also reactivate the areas and zones inside it, so teams do not have to rebuild or restore the structure one item at a time.
Plan limits are enforced inside the workflow. Locations outside the active location limit remain visible as locked, view-only records with upgrade prompts, while protected server-side checks prevent locked or archived structures from being used for setup changes or audit work.
