My Storage
Browse folders and files, filter records, upload files, and perform file actions.
My Storage is the main file management page for the Storage module. It combines a folder browser, storage usage summary, upload controls, search and filters, and a file table.
The folder browser includes protected system folders for module-owned files and a Storage area for direct uploads. Selecting a folder changes the current view. When search, category, source, or type filters are active, the file results can search across folders instead of only the selected folder.
The file table shows folders and files in the current view. Files include name, modified date, size, visibility, and action controls. You can open a file inline, download it, share it when public sharing is enabled, replace eligible direct uploads, or delete selected items.
Sorting options include newest, oldest, name, largest, and smallest. File results load in pages so larger accounts can keep browsing without loading every file at once.
