Findings

Findings identify failed audit answers or improvement opportunities discovered during audits. A finding contains the source audit, target structure, question, answer, comments, and current resolution status.

Findings usually move through the Action Center. They can be closed immediately with a resolution note, or converted into corrective action work when follow-up, ownership, due dates, validation, or investigation are needed.
